Customer service seemed fantastic at first. Follow up and follow through was stellar!!
However we needed to call them back for an issue with the pool light, to which they said it was not under warranty and would be a service call and to call the contractor they recommended. All for an item that would probably take 20 minutes and a new light ring to fix.
The pool came with a 3 year warranty and still has a little under two years left. Not sure that means anything if Mid City Pools decides they don’t want to honor it.
We will just pay someone to come and repair. Wish their moral compass was a little stronger.

I received a call from the owner whom read my review of dissatisfaction. He very professionally explained the breakdown in communication and was expedient to take care of the issue. This is the type of customer service we all hope to give as well as receive. I highly recommend using Mid Cities Pools for any goods and services they can provide…The entire Greene family absolutely will!
