10/10 Pool Company !!! The built an amazing pool for my home and it will stay for years to come ! Their management and workers and very nice , efficient and so knowledgeable and professional!! I if you need a pool I would definitely recommend them as a company you would not get any service better than them !!!! Mid City Pools just completed our pool this week. From start to finish we have been extremely pleased! Eric sold us the pool then Craig (BC) took over. BC was on the spot!  He kept us updated daily!  Each and every crew we worked with were professional and fun and got the job done in the extreme heat. We have a smaller backyard and they made our pool design work and it turned out beautiful! I wanted to give a shout out to mid cities custom pools! These guys rocked! I’ve never been inundated with so much attention in such a short amount of time in my entire life outside of being in the ER. Each person that we dealt with made an exceptional effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. And I wanted to also give kudos to Craig Lankford for heading all that construction up in a very speedy and orderly fashion. I got a call from that guy every single day if not once it was more. My pool is currently under construction with Mid City Custom pools and the project is going better than I expected. They are fast and efficient. I worked with Eric to design my pool and he keeps me informed every step of the way. The features I got with MCP are better and more cost efficient than the other quotes I had. I am a 2-time customer of Mid City Custom Pools.  Our first pool was built in 2014.  They did an amazing job giving us the pool and back patio we always wanted.  We moved in 2021 and hired them again - becoming the *extremely rare repeat customer* for a pool company.  What I love about Mid City Pools is that they use the highest quality equipment, supplies and workers.  When we built the first pool I did extensive research on pool equipment to compare the various bids we had from different companies.  Mid City pools have top-of-the-line, trusted equipment that will last.  Plus the other things you don't think as much about, like stone, decking, plaster - they only use best of the best.  Both of our yards were sloped so we needed retaining - they had all of the retaining and drainage executed perfectly.  We were amazed to discover that most of the staff and construction teams were still the same from 2014 to 2021 - some even remembered us.  That's almost unheard of and says a lot about a company.  I can't express enough about how happy we were with the entire process - from design (thanks, Sue) to construction (Derek is awesome) to finally "pool school" (Mark knows it all).  The construction lasted less than 3 months - during COVID!  The whole family is thrilled with our new pool. Absolutely LOVE our backyard!! Working with Mid City Custom Pools in a nut shell was Fantastic! We decided we wanted to build a pool in our backyard after Covid hit. Calling around everyone was slammed and not very responsive. Even with Mid City Custom Pools being extremely busy the entire staff never made us feel like they didn’t have time for us. We did have to pick a new tile because ours was out of stock which was a little frustrating but now seeing it all together I am happy with my choice, even more than my original one! Our superintendent Derek’s communication was on point through the entire project. Sherri at the office was always there to help us with a smiling face! Must say we received high quality work with the best customer service. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Mid City Pools!
